The Heart Behind the Words
Kathy Evans is a wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and longtime follower of Jesus Christ with a heart for seeing faith passed from one generation to the next.
After a fifty-year career serving her local school district, Kathy entered retirement with a desire to leave something lasting for the generations coming behind her. Her writing grew from that desire—and from a lifetime of experiencing God’s grace through family, faith, service, joy, and hardship.
Her first book, Building a Christ-Centered Home: Grace, Faith, and a Legacy That Points to Jesus, was written especially with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren in mind, with the hope of encouraging families everywhere to make Christ part of everyday family life and intentionally point future generations toward Jesus.
